            Settings are:
            bandwidth: determines how much bandwidth is allocated to the
                       current interface

                                KiB/s: Max speed in Kilobytes/s the interface
                                       is allowed
                                    0: Unlimited (disable bandwidth restrictions)

         advertise-ip: ip advertised by bot during DCC sessions (no entry implys autodetect)
                      Syntax: %%9%s advertise-ip <ip>

              bind-ip: ip used by bot to send from (no entry implys autodetect)
                      Syntax: %%9%s bind-ip <ip>

       accept-backlog: (dcc-port mode required) this is the number of connections
                       that can be backlogged on the listening socket
                      Syntax: %%9%s accept-backlog <number>

       accept-per-sec: (dcc-port mode required) this is the number of connections
                       per second that a waiting connection on the listening socket
                       will be accepted
                      Syntax: %%9%s accept-per-sec <seconds>

             dcc-port: port to which ALL dcc will occur on (requires valid dns
                       [public ip])
                      Syntax: %%9%s dcc-port <portnumber>

          dcc-timeout: period of inactivity before the dcc REQUEST is dropped
                      Syntax: %%9%s dcc-timeout <seconds>

           dcc-packet: size of packets send during dcc transactions.  Please refer to
                       DCC Protocol for more details (suggest NOT to touch this setting)

/interface/pool

       Creates/modifies pool <name>

                  Syntax: %%9%s [?|<name>]

                           ?: displays all saved pools
                      <name>: enters pool <name> (creates new if not saved)

/interface/hosts

        Configures the hosts allowed for uploads

                  Syntax: %%9%s [add|del|move|set|swap|wipe]

                          (with no options it displays currently saved hosts)

                         add: adds a new host (wildcards allowed) (syntax: %%9%s add <newhost>
                         del: removes a saved host (syntax: %%9%s del <savedhost>
                        move: moves saved host from one position to another
                              (syntax: %%9%s move <old savedhost> <new destination>
                         set: overwrites a current saved host
                              (syntax: %%9%s <savedhost to edit> <newhost>)
                        swap: swaps one saved host for another (syntax %%9%s swap <oldnumber>
                              <newnumber>)
                        wipe: removes all host entries (syntax: %%9%s wipe)

/interface/uploads

       Shows/closes uploads in progress

                  Syntax: %%9%s [close <hostmask> [<nick>|<file>]]

                          (with no options it displays current uploads)

                       close: closes upload on <hostmask>.  Can take either nick or filename
                              as an argument

/interface/chats

       Shows/closes chats in progress

                  Syntax: %%9%s [close <hostmask> [<nick>]

                          (with no options it displays current chats)

                       close: closes chats on <hostmask>.  Can take nick as an argument
